Take the cream whipper and pour in some room-temperature alcohol, along with your desired flavor – chocolate, mint, orange peel, whatever really. Charge the whipper with nitrous oxide, swirl for around 30 seconds, then let it sit. Vent the gas, then strain and viola! You’ve got your own flavor infused liquor.
