Take the 21-Day Challenge and Hit Your Goals Head On

March is only a few weeks away, and if your like us, you’ve probably already abandoned those New Year’s resolutions. That’s okay, though, because tomorrow is a new day and really, it’s all about setting goals for yourself and taking the proper steps to achieve them. One of the most crucial steps to reaching big goals is breaking them down into smaller chunks.

Pick a single, achievable goal set a 21-day deadline for yourself and attack it. Maybe it’s going to the gym twice a week or budgeting your check book at the end of each day. At the end of the 21 days, set another goal. This strategy helps prevent goal fatigue. Ambition only works with focus and singularity.

Eliminate your fear. Fear is at the root of self-sabotaging behaviors, but you can overcome it. If you’re feeling anxious, take a step back, breath deep and do a brief activity to take your mind off your fears.

Do your research. If your goal is to eat healthier, but not you’re sure what kind of meals to prepare besides just boring, old salad, do a little research. There are thousands of delicious recipes out there to help you achieve your healthy lifestyle goal. All it takes is setting a 21-day goal, and taking the steps to make it happen.
