Nature never ceases to amaze us with the beauty that it bestows upon our eyes. How about the eyes themselves though? They show us so much, but have you ever really taken the time to look at the beauty of the eye itself?
The human eye is amazing, but the eyes of other animals are just as stunning and show the diversity among our planet’s many species. Up-close, the eye is nothing short of stunning. Armenian photographer, Suren Manvelyan is a specialist in macro photography and has taken a set of photos of extreme close-up shots of different animal eyes. The photos are so close up that you might have a hard time guessing whether the eyes belong to a fish, mammal, or reptile.
Manvelyan’s photo series is titled “Behance” and will leave you in awe of just how stunning our eyes are, not only in what they can show us, but in their own beauty, too.
