There is no doubt the human eye loves symmetry and order. That could be why 22-year-old New Jersey-based artist Adam Hillman has hit viral fame for his simple yet carefully arranged images. Adam takes everyday objects, from candy to pencils, cereal to lego bricks, and arranges them meticulously into eye-pleasing patterns that transform the object into something new and unexpected.
“For me, a successful post is a photo that forgoes its mundane materials to unlock a kind of visual gestalt that’s greater than the sum of its parts.” Hillman told Papermag.
