How’d You Like To Stay at This Out-Of-This-World Star Wars-Themed Airbnb?

It seems like Star Wars is everywhere these days. “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” is in the theaters, “The Mandalorian” is on Disney +, new video games are constantly coming out, and the toy aisle at your local Target is packed with Star Wars action figures for kids.

And there’s no end in sight.

Disney says it’s planning another Star Wars saga to hit theaters in 2022 and there are rumors of another by “The Last Jedi” director Rian Johnson in the works as well. There are also unconfirmed reports of a TV series about Obi-Wan Kenobi starring Ewan McGreogor.

For those of us who would like to take things a step further and live in the Star Wars universe, Star Wars Lands recently opened at Disneyland in California and Walt Disney World in Florida.

But now, you don’t have to stop there. An Airbnb just 15 minutes from the Magic Kingdom in Florida allows you to eat, drink and sleep Star Wars as well.

A recently-posted home on Airbnb called Twelve Parsecs is Star Wars-themed and has 9 bedrooms, 17 beds, and 5 bathrooms — that’s enough space to house a squadron of Storm Troopers.

Accordng to the posting, each of the home’s 9 bedrooms “is inspired by a different planet in that far away galaxy, with painstakingly detailed, hand-painted wall murals, 3D custom-molded planets, and handmade beds, so even dreamtime is on-theme.”

“Wake up in a swamp lush with vines, an ice bed, or a
podracer, placing you right in the scenes from your favorite movie series,”
listing continues.

So far, the reviews are overwhelmingly positive.

What a fantastic place for families especially with children! It really adds so much to the whole Orlando experience. It’s like you are living in your private theme park. Enjoyment without the crowds. Highly recommend this place” – Cynthia

As Star Wars junkies, this place was perfect for us. I will be booking this for our group now to reserve it again for next year. Epic experience!” – Sandy

In addition, true Star Wars fans will have fun finding the 16 Easter eggs hidden in the home.

Best of all, it’s a reasonably-priced $386 a night, not bad for a place that houses 17 people.
